From Stuck to Flow

People have called me a “renaissance woman” or “polymath,” because I have many interests. Sometimes, it’s hard to choose which one to pursue at any given moment. I can access things quickly, but to do that I need to have a clear mind. I need to be able to listen to my heart. It’s not easy to find people who can connect with me on a level like this.
Clarity, and access to wisdom were never a problem until the first days of the pandemic. When that hit, I really felt stuck. I needed to do something to help myself. I started meditating twice a day and after only a few days my troubled mind gained clarity. I could breathe again. I easily went back into a state of FLOW. I was able to connect and stay connected to a state of joy, even in that hard pandemic time, just by meditating twice a day.
These experiences led me to create a webinar for intuitive, creative people like you.

For over 20 years, I was a doctor in obstetrics and gynecology. I wanted my patients to overcome diseases, but I was especially interested in helping them feel good.
This passion took me on a journey where I learned anything and everything I could to help my patients overcome every kind of trauma, past and present: from relational, to depression, to low energy.
I’ve researched and practiced meditation for 30+ years. Along the way, I discovered Shamanism and Reiki healing. I’m a Theta healer who uses the Emotional Freedom Technique (“tapping”) and many other methods. My coaching method was inspired by Shirzad Chamine, author of the New York Times bestselling book, “Positive Intelligence” and chairman of CTI, the largest coach-training organization in the world and many other great coaches.
